Summer Staff Arrival and Departure- Dates and Times

Orientation Arrival Dates

Arrival for summer staff to Orientation is at 7pm each day. You can find the arrival days for Orientation arrival dates below:

Saturday, June 20 – Senior Staff and Leadership Team arrive.

Sunday, June 21 –Senior Counselors and Counselors arrive.

Monday, June 22 – Junior Counselors and Returning CITs arrive.

Tuesday, June 23 – New CITs arrive.

Saturday, June 27 – All staff not working 1st Session depart between 2-3pm.

Session Arrival Dates

Arrival times for summer staff to each session differs based on the day. You can find the arrival days and times for sessions below:

Saturday, July 4 – Staff arrive for 2nd Session at Noon.

Saturday, July 18 – Staff arrive for 3rd Session at 5pm.

Saturday, August 1 – Staff arrive for 4th Session at Noon.

Session Departure Dates

Staff not working a given session depart by 2pm on the day their previous session ends, with the exception of 4th Session.

CITs working 4th Session depart Saturday, August 15th at 5pm.

Older Staff working 4th Session depart Sunday, August 16th at 11am.

Staff Forms

Everyone needs to fill out forms and do a few virtual orientation assignments in the 2026 Staff Hub. You will be invited to the Google Classroom via your email. The link here will only work after you have joined the class using the link in your email. This link will be shared with you by May 1st.

All forms need to be completed by May 31st and all virtual orientation materials need to be completed before your arrival.
