Staff Forms

Before arriving at Camp for the summer, everyone needs to complete their forms through the Staff Forms Google Classroom. There are forms to be completed by everyone, including returning staff. 

Please check each assignment– there are many people whose clearances have expired this year. Be sure to click the “View More” button at the bottom of the “For All Staff” section to see all the forms we need. If you are under 18, please start this process early and loop your parent/guardian in as soon as you can.

 

Virtual Orientation

This year, everyone will be doing a virtual component to our normal in-person orientation. The goal of these virtual additions will be to review key information before we arrive so that we can spend our in-person time building skills rather than reviewing details. The Virtual Orientation Google Classroom is where you will find the brief presentations and forms to complete. If you have not completed the assignments by the time you arrive at Camp, you will have to do them while you are here during your off time.

If you are unable to attend Orientation, there are additional sections for you to complete beyond what is required of all staff. And, if you are not attending Orientation and have not notified us, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Spring Training Opportunities

If you are unable to make it to Orientation and have not communicated that with us yet, please do so soon! We are offering an alternate orientation for all those who cannot make it, in addition to training opportunities the week before Orientation. If you would like to attend any of these trainings, please email Dex ([email protected]).

Monday, June 12 – Tuesday, June 13: High Ropes Training – Training starts in the morning and goes all day, but you can arrive Sunday night if necessary.

Monday, June 12 – Tuesday, June 13: Wilderness First Aid – Training starts in the morning and goes all day, but you can arrive Sunday night if necessary.

Wednesday, June 14 – Friday, June 16: New Lifeguard Training – Training starts in the morning and goes all day, but you can arrive Tuesday night if necessary.

Thursday, June 15 – Friday, June 16: Recert Lifeguard Training – Training starts in the morning and goes all day, but you can arrive Wednesday night if necessary.

 

Summer Staff Arrival Dates and Times

Orientation Arrival Dates

Arrival for summer staff to Orientation is at 7pm each day. You can find the arrival days for Orientation arrival dates below:

Saturday, June 17 – Senior Staff and CIT Directors arrive.

Sunday, June 18 – Senior Counselors and Counselors arrive.

Monday, June 19 – Junior Counselors and Returning CITs arrive.

Tuesday, June 20 – New CITs arrive.

Saturday, June 24 – All staff not working 1st Session depart between 2-3pm.

Session Arrival Dates

Arrival times for summer staff to each session differs based on the day. You can find the arrival days and times for sessions below:

Saturday, July 1 – Staff arrive for 2nd Session at Noon.

Saturday, July 15 – Staff arrive for 3rd Session at 5pm.

Saturday, July 29 – Staff arrive for 4th Session at 5pm.
