Staff Forms

Everyone needs to fill out forms and do a few virtual orientation assignments in the 2025 Staff Hub. You should have been invited to the Google Classroom via your email. The link here will only work after you have joined the class using the link in your email.

All forms need to be completed by May 31st and all virtual orientation materials need to be completed before your arrival.

Summer Staff Arrival and Departure- Dates and Times

Orientation Arrival Dates

Arrival for summer staff to Orientation is at 7pm each day. You can find the arrival days for Orientation arrival dates below:

Saturday, June 14 – Senior Staff and Leadership Team arrive.

Sunday, June 15 –Senior Counselors and Counselors arrive.

Monday, June 16 – Junior Counselors and Returning CITs arrive.

Tuesday, June 17 – New CITs arrive.

Saturday, June 21 – All staff not working 1st Session depart between 2-3pm.

Session Arrival Dates

Arrival times for summer staff to each session differs based on the day. You can find the arrival days and times for sessions below:

Saturday, June 28 – Staff arrive for 2nd Session at Noon.

Saturday, July 12 – Staff arrive for 3rd Session at 5pm.

Saturday, July 26 – Staff arrive for 4th Session at Noon.

Session Departure Dates

Staff not working a given session depart by 2pm on the day their previous session ends.

CITs working 4th Session depart Friday, August 8th at 5pm.

Older Staff working 4th Session depart Saturday, August 9th at 11am.
