On arrival day, bring to the Nurse’s Station:

• All medications – if not sent ahead by Horsham Rx
• Medications were  listed on the Health History Form.
• Medication Order Form was filled out by a physician or parent/guardian, (depending on the medication- for a full description go to P&G HB.)  If it hasn’t been uploaded in advance please bring the physical copy with you. 
• Pill packs for multiple meds taken together – filled by a pharmacist! 
• No extra or undocumented medications, absolutely no medications left with the camper.

The nurse will confirm that:

1. Packaging meets state requirements
2. Medications match the Health Form
3. Orders match what you brought

If anything does not match, we most likely cannot accept that medication. So please call well before with questions.
