Information for Campers Staying Two Sessions

If your camper is staying for two back-to-back sessions, here is what to expect and how to plan accordingly.

Check-In: Between 2pm and 4pm on the Sunday your session starts. (Please help us avoid crowding by choosing your anticipated arrival time on this short form, and please remember to symptom track & report each day between now and check-in).

Check-Out: Any time between 10am and Noon on the Friday your session ends.

*Campers who are returning for a consecutive session may leave their belongings at Onas during the Intersession Break. We will ask campers to leave their things packed up neatly, but they can take (or leave) what they’d like, with one exception: If campers don’t have a spare set of sheets, we’ll ask campers to take their sheets with them and bring clean sheets when they return.

Returning Session Check-In: Return any time during the 2pm-4pm Check-In window on Sunday, July 10. There will be a designated express check-in area for returning session campers and their siblings. There is no need to commit to a time for the return check-in. We will ask how the camper was feeling over the break, and check their temperature, but there’s nothing more you’ll need to do.

Laundry: We will provide laundry service for 2-session campers for a $50 fee (our cost for the service). Laundry is sent out once each session: It is picked up on the second Monday of each session, and is returned clean and folded the next day.

Families may opt out of the laundry service and instead wash campers’ clothes during the Intersession Break, just email our office to let us know if you’d prefer to do so.

One More Pre-Arrival Reminder:

Please complete our daily symptom tracking and reporting form each day, including this Sunday before you head to Onas.

And, if you haven’t yet, please upload your camper’s COVID-19 Vaccination Card to the Registration Portal. ***If your camper is not fully immunized for COVID-19 (all vaccine doses and any applicable boosters), please plan to arrive with a negative PCR test administered within 72 hours of arrival.

Warm regards,

Holly, Matt, and the rest of the team
